4.1 Return Policy: We accept returns or exchanges of any product within 30 days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, provided the items are returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, underwear (except for baby sizes 0 to 36 months), used cosmetics, and opened fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

4.3 Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Once authorized, you can return the product by mail or to any DIBA Clothes store in your region.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.1 Stock Levels: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to order a substitute product of equal or higher value or receive a refund.
