2.1 Placing an Order: To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide accurate contact and shipping information.

2.2 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as your receipt and includes your order number, details of the items purchased, and shipping information.

2.3 Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Your payment will be processed securely through our payment gateway. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

3. SHIPPING

3.1 Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses in North America and worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or freight companies.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

4.1 Return Policy: We accept returns or exchanges of any product within 30 days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, provided the items are returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, underwear (except for baby sizes 0 to 36 months), used cosmetics, and opened fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

4.3 Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Once authorized, you can return the product by mail or to any DIBA Clothes store in your region.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1 Stock Levels: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to order a substitute product of equal or higher value or receive a refund.

5.2 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.
